Over the last several years and on several different occasions, we have provided funds to Peter’s company in the form of a loan for Peter’s development projects. It was a straightforward process with no surprises and he always completed and sold his projects on the agreed timeline. Each loan was evidenced by a promissory note and investment agreement with a very attractive interest rate. Peter researches his projects carefully and will not undertake a development deal without reasonable guarantees of a substantial profit, which puts a lot less burden on my investment dollars. Peter has an excellent design and construction team behind him and the houses he builds are unique and extremely well built. I wouldn’t hesitate to invest again should the prospect arise.
