We pay interest rates that historically have outpaced the average yearly return on the stock market. I have provided equity to Peter’s company in the form of loans, for several of Peter’s development projects. It was a straightforward process with no surprises, and he always completed and sold his projects as he projected. Each loan was backed by a promissory note and investment agreement, with a very attractive interest rate. Peter knows the sub markets well and is conservative in his profit projections, which makes my loans extremely low risk. He has a great eye and an excellent design and construction team behind him. He’s equally creative and business minded, with true integrity. And he’s a really nice guy.
